Kristine Meredith
Kristine Keala Meredith earned her Bachelors in Science degree from the University of California, Davis where she graduated with Honors. She received an academic scholarship to J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. She was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, secretary of the Student Bar Association and awarded the Distinguished Student Service Award. She also attended a semester at Howard University Law School in Washington D.C. as a member of the faculty/student Diversity exchange.

Before joining O'Reilly & Danko, Ms. Meredith practiced as a member of the defense bar in product liability and medical malpractice cases. As a product liability litigator, she served as part of the National Defense counsel teams for medical device manufacturers in multi-district federal litigation cases: In Re: Silicone Breast Implant Litigation MDL-926 and In Re: Orthopedic Bone Screw Products Liability Litigation, MDL-1014. As a medical malpractice defense attorney she defended hospitals and physicians in arbitrations and court trials throughout Northern California.
Currently, she draws upon her defense experience to keep a tight reign on pretrial litigation by handling the majority of the firm's legal research and writing. Ms. Meredith was instrumental in obtaining orders for terminating sanctions against Sheng Hsiang Jen Foods, Ltd. Inc. in three of the gel candy cases. In Jing v. Sheng Jen Foods, Ltd. Inc., the terminating sanction served as groundwork for a $50 million default judgment.
Ms. Meredith is a former Chair of the Minority Issues Committee of the San Francisco Bar Association Barrister Club. Currently, she serves on the board of the women's organization for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Crystal Springs II Ward, and coaches her daughter's soccer team.
