Mike Danko
represents clients throughout the world in aviation disasters such
as the crash
of the Air France Concorde, EgyptAir Flight 990 and TWA Flight 800.
He also represents those injured in light airplane and helicopter accidents,

Mr. Danko's practice
is not limited to aviation. He won a $10 million verdict against a
prominent real estate developer for breach of his fiduciary duties
in Denevi v. Swenson. Mr. Danko has also
successfully tried a number of cases involving the wrongful death of
children, each
of which resulted in verdicts believed to be record amounts for the
jurisdiction in which they were tried: White
v. Inbound, Kyne v. Pacific Gas & Electric Company,
and Netsch v. United States Of America. |

Before joining the
firm in 1995, Mr. Danko practiced with an internationally known Wall
Street–based
law firm, where he specialized in complex, high-risk business litigation.
Mr. Danko brings this insight to bear not just in personal injury litigation
but in the firm's growing business litigation practice as well. |

Mr. Danko graduated from
Dartmouth College, magna cum laude, in 1980 and earned his law degree
in 1983 from the University of Virginia. He is an instrument–rated
pilot with more than 2,000 hours of experience flying airplanes and
