Mr. O’Reilly represents plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases, with an emphasis on aviation lawsuits.  He also represents clients in business and real estate disputes. 

Mr. O’Reilly is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area.  He attended Sacred Heart Prep and later earned a B.A. at the University of California at Berkeley, with a major in history and a minor in geography.  He also rowed for the Cal Crew team.

After graduating from Cal, Mr. O’Reilly spent a year traveling around Australia.  Later, he worked for several years at the Hoover Institute for George P. Shultz Senior Fellow Abraham Sofaer, researching topics in international law and diplomacy.

Mr. O’Reilly attended the University of San Francisco School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in California.
