O'Reilly & Danko Achieves Record $165 Million Agreement in Crash of Air Philippines Flight 541

After seven years of litigation, an agreement has been reached with AAR Parts Trading, Inc. and Fleet - the lessors of the Boeing 737 - on behalf of the families of 103 victims of the crash of Air Philippines Flight 541. The aircraft, a commuter flight from Manila, crashed near Davao, Mindanao, on April 19, 2000 when it was diverted from the airport because another 737 was on the runway.
